“The anti-smoking movement is driven by an agenda — an agenda that will not allow science, sound policy analysis, the law, or ethics to get in its way.”

Ban the Ban's 2010 Political Endorsement Page

2010 is a big year for BtBMN. With the growing "Tea Party" movement, and increase in pro-Constitution and pro-liberty voters, this is the year that we have a good shot of electing candidates to Minnesota's House and Senate, and more importantly, governor, who will fight to remove or alter the destructive smoking ban from Minnesota's lawbooks. Check back often as we will offer our endorsements to these candidates who will fight for us and fight for liberty.

Tom doesn't smoke, but he believes that the smoking ban has set a dangerous precedent for the future of liberty. Check out an Op-Ed he wrote a few years back by clicking here. Tom is one of our greatest supporters.

Tim is strongly opposed to the smoking ban. He believes that "A government's first duty is to protect personal liberty, not dictate conduct."
